The staff were friendly and courteous.

The bathroom door needed maintenance as the bottom hinge was loose, making it difficult to open and close. This was a hassle in an otherwise nice room. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues that gave me pause about the safety of the room.

this place was an absolute joke, dirty sheets and blood specks on the door. i almost thought about giving a good review just because staff were friendly, but then i see the broken lock and i just can't. next time a room upgrade woudl ve been appreciated for all this inconvenience, not that they care.
